1. Services and Estimates
National Artificial Turf provides professional installation for Pet, Sports, Golf, and Lawn Turf.
Estimates: All initial estimates provided via the website or phone are preliminary. A final binding quote is only issued after a physical on-site inspection of the property at 1391 East Sample Road or the customer’s specified location.
Accuracy: We strive for “Excellence in Every Blade,” but customers must ensure that property lines and underground utility markers are clearly identified before installation begins.
2. 15-Year Warranty Terms
Our premium turf products come with a 15-year warranty against UV degradation and manufacturer defects.
Coverage: This warranty covers the synthetic fiber’s integrity and colorfastness.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper chemical cleaning, reflected light from high-efficiency windows (magnification burning), or “acts of God” (floods, hurricanes).
Transferability: Please contact us at 954-410-4500 to discuss warranty transfers if you sell your home.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, custom graphics, logos, and images in our Gallery, is the property of National Artificial Turf and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our “Excellence in Every Blade” branding or project photos without express written consent.
4. Customer Responsibilities
For successful installation, the customer agrees to:
Provide access to the installation site and a water/power source if required.
Ensure the installation area is clear of personal property and pet waste.
Obtain any necessary Homeowners Association (HOA) approvals or local municipal permits required for synthetic turf in their specific zone.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your installation date and order materials.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation may be subject to a restocking fee for custom-cut turf.
6. Limitation of Liability
National Artificial Turf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the installation of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product provided.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
